Chimichurri with Gringo

This famous sauce, known as Argentinan pesto, and is made with parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil. It’s quick to make and will take your next steak dinner to the next level! But, did you know that you can also use our Gringo rub to prepare a Chimichurri sauce? It's simple!

INGREDIENTS

  • Gringo;
  • Olive Oil;
  • Vinegar;
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

METHOD

Add 2 Gringo tablespoons to 50 ml of pure olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar. Add Salt and Pepper to taste and mix it!

Mix with a piece of steak to see the magic happens! Just one bite of Chimichurri with Steak is all you need to understand why South Americans are mad for this stuff! Do you want to make the taste even better? Before putting your meat on the grill, use our rub Rock n' Roast on all surfaces of the meat. Pat the salt to ensure that it sticks and let the steak rest for 15 minutes so the salt can penetrate the surface. When you grill it, a burst of flavours spreads throughout the cut and makes your taste buds happy with every bit.
