Refund policy
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges of rubs because you changed your mind. Our rubs are a sealed food product, and once a jar has left us we cannot know how it has been stored, so we cannot put it back on the shelf.
Our T-shirts are printed to order for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges of T-shirts because of size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
If something is wrong with your order
This is different, and none of the above affects it. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Write to us at contact@brzfood.com.au as soon as you can after delivery if:
- a jar arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal
- a T-shirt arrives faulty or misprinted
- you receive the wrong item
- the product is past its best before date when it reaches you
- the product is not what this site described
Send a photo of the item, and of the label for a jar, with your message. For a damaged or leaking jar we do not ask for it back, because posting food around does not help either of us. If we need any other item back, we pay the return postage.
Orders that have not shipped yet
If your order has not shipped yet, write to us and we will cancel it and refund it in full. T-shirts are printed to order soon after you buy them, so a T-shirt can only be cancelled before printing starts.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once we approve it, your bank usually takes five to ten business days to show the money.
Gift cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
