Chicken Gringo

We find this an easy way of using our Gringo to turn your boring chicken into a very tasty dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken thighs;
  • Dry rub Gringo;
  • Olive oil;
  • White vinegar;
  • Salt;
  • Potatos;
  • Garlic;
  • Rosemary

METHOD

  1. Simply rub dry mix over raw chicken thighs with 100ml olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of white vinegar and add salt to taste;

  2. Leave it to rest at least 2hr before cooking;

  3. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan-forced), place the chicken on a cooking tray;

  4. Arrange pre-cut potato wedges and garlic gloves around and between the chicken and drizzle or spray olive oil on top;

  5. Add gringo and rosemary on top of potato to your taste;

  6. Cover tray with aluminium foil and leave in the oven for 30-35min;

  7. Take the foil and leave it for another 10min or until golden.

Enjoy it with fresh green salad and cherry tomatoes. This is how we use the Gringo spice!
